The legendary "secret" club and restaurant deep under the Woolworth Building moved to Nolita in 2023.
I managed the first phases of the project, including the discovery and procurement of the space, concept development, pre-opening staffing, facilities design, opening wine program and creative direction.
Owned by Eric Adolfson and David Tobias. Designed by the owners along with Laura Flamm and Matt Stuart. Culinary direction by Chef Ken Addington. Beverage direction by Iain Griffiths.
