This was by baby. I co-conceived the brand and physical design with partner Vincent Mazeau & directed a 6 month on-time, on-budget buildout and public opening in 2016; afterwards, provided ongoing executive management to achieve consistent profitability and critical acclaim; executive direction of all operations, including front-of-house ops, business administration, financial strategy & reporting, human resources, executive search, public & municipal relations. Creative director of menu creation, menu design, interactive media, graphic design, branding and marketing collateral. *Awarded 2 stars by Pete Wells in the New York Times in 2019.
